About Us

DaKarai Noshell Yuko is a lazy, autistic, reclusive, creative, whimsical ghostwriter geek infatuated with the universe. She has eccentric, eclectic tastes and is proud to be a chick who loves math and science. She worships music, particularly Classic Rock, a little more than she should. She proudly lives up to the witches, bitches, or britches' conception of Deep Contraltos and loves to scare the shit out of people by sneaking up on them and singing with her booming deep voice.

She has been an ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church since 1996. She developed a love for all things magical and mysterious at an early age. Her late mother was also an eccentric writer and crafter and instilled in Ms. Yuko a strong love of books and all things uniquely creative that will last a lifetime. She plays bass (Ibanez), electronic drums (Alesis), and keyboards (Yamaha/Korg) terribly, joking. She simply prefers electronic music, particularly the Maschine line.

She adores religious, science, occult, self-help, history, non-fiction, and psychology books and has a fairly large collection. She dabbles in astrology, mainly Western, Vedic, and Chinese. She loves to cook and spends much time duplicating dishes from popular restaurants, thanks to her annoying thriftiness. She loves animals; her favorites are cats, fish, birds, and reptiles. Having been confused as a cool-ass dude most of her life, Ms. Yuko is also a staunch supporter of the LGBT community who identifies as demisexual.

Aside from writing stories, singing and songwriting, and creating bullshit, Miss Yuko prepares soaps, lotions, fragrances, and other toiletries. She dabbles in chemicals and construction. She firmly believes in the olden days when people were handier, more self-sufficient, and more etiquette-oriented. Other hobbies include guns/shooting, herbology, traveling, computer building, 3D modeling/rendering, handicrafts, vinyl records, decor/design, karaoke, archery, Feng Shui, and astronomy.

She has been a devout video game and anime/manga fan for as long as she can remember and would not even own a television if it were not for streaming anime and games. She is extremely fond of RPG and Sandbox games with rich, well-developed worlds to get lost. The surname Yuko comes from her favorite character Yuuko from CLAMP’s XXXHolic, who she is very much like personality-wise. Her all-time favorite animes are Deadman Wonderland and XXXHolic. She practices art in all mediums but especially enjoys computer-generated art.

She attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco Online, pursuing a BFA in Motion Pictures and Television. After constantly drifting from one end of the country to the other most of her adult life, she resides (back) in Atlanta, GA, with her fourth husband (best friend). She is the proudly pissed mom of 17 and 7-year-old sons and an 11-year-old autistic/nonverbal daughter (biggest fans). Her children are named after musicians/bands that begin with D.

Dana Suite: A Trekkie Techie

In these days of instant gratification and even faster disenchantment, it can be hard to find individuals who appreciate the propensity of a focused, longtime disciple of the classical muses. Dana Suite continues to cultivate an appreciation for traditional art forms and the Avant-garde.

Throughout the years, he has been privileged enough to experience the diverse worlds of different kinds of artists, learning how the arts enrich us and challenge us to find the most authentic expression of our inner worlds.

Having been a part of a school that offered basic programming instruction from the 2nd grade onwards, starting with the Apple IIe, Mr. Suite’s fascination with the vast potential of technology grew. He learned of its force-multiplying capabilities and power to help people be more self-sufficient in their professional and creative endeavors.

Upon entering the workforce as an adult, there was no shortage of illustrations of the power of advanced information systems. He discovered that vast sums of data collected and analyzed by organizations could be more efficiently organized to assist with business administration, and the Internet could be used to quickly reference the wisdom of human experience developed over the eons.

Dana returned to school to pursue a Bachelor’s in Information Technology. There, he learned how artists could call on software to help them create 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional graphical illustrations. These diverse developments, among others, solidified his drive to learn more about how Information Technology could offer many ways to make our lives easier. Mr. Suite enjoys every opportunity to help people make informed decisions about whether the status quo could improve with technological solutions.

His hobbies include tinkering with computers, British Comedies, anime/manga, foreign language studies, music composition, photography, and hydroponic horticulture. His favorite hobby is gaming with his kids. He is also fond of multiculturalism, volunteer work, and philanthropy.

He is also terminally ill but ignores it, enjoying every moment of life!
