Panga Uno Animo

None of the natural landscape remains behind the breakthrough walls and innovative force field of Panga Uno Animo. The soil, trees, flora, wildlife, and everything else is 100% man-made, the Region of the future, indeed. The Region has a cold, harsh feel, but the blissfully decorated and sugarcoated colors hide it well. They situate their own clouds in their sky, regulate their weather, and even have their own sun and moon

Teaching, discussing, or discovering Ancient Knowledge is punishable by immediate execution. The artificial greenery generates oxygen based on a motorized version of the carbon dioxide and oxygen cycle. Authentic flora and fauna are available for viewing in zoo-like environments, and personal pets are mechanical. Unable to eliminate them, natural creeks, lakes, ponds, and rivers are throughout Panga Uno Animo, though heavily monitored and lined with factories. The countless forms of marine life are in underwater zoos, too. Gold and other precious metals and gems are abundant because they are synthetic.

There are Food Farm Labs across the PUA, where the cloning and processing of designer livestock and crops takes place. Even though some of the citizens of the PUA travel the world with special permission, the populace learns that Maurasia is a sickening place full of plague and pestilence. PUS citizens are also taught that Guandaland is a land of savagery and sully. Panga Uno Animo consists of the areas formally known as half of Russia, Northern Africa, upper South America, part of northern Canada, and Mexico.

PUA Influentials

It seems that the New Gen decided to have fun on such a historically somber occasion as Leader Photo Day. A sign of the times....

the Draconics

Adjutor Lord Doctor Capatrikyn D. Draconic, the Healer, is a callous, calm man struggling with his newfound, tender emotions. He has a tremendous way with words, and he can be manipulative. He enjoys his work as a medical doctor and his post as the NQLC Department of Health and Human (All Cana) Head. He also loves being the Emperor’s Adjutor (Assistant), even though it is hard to tell due to his nonchalant nature. Lately, he has been quite smitten with the Emperor’s youngest daughter, Rachale. Capat is Cauda’s twin brother and Que and Eve’s adoptive brother. He and Que have a strange rivalry but are still good friends. He does not care much for Eve, but he and Cauda are inseparable.

At 30, women find his red hair and green eyes adorable. His lineage is Engle-Irescofra, and he speaks with an ancient Irish accent. A self-proclaimed corporate bad boy, he wears emerald earrings and has a body full of hidden piercings and tattoos. He seems unarmed but wields a Birdaeus, an extremely rare silver ring with a large moonstone accent. Birdaeus, of course, is a Circular Weapon. He usually wears it on his right middle finger, but occasionally he switches it to his left for more power. Capat combines his ring weapon with his Mix powers (and his created Destruct powers). Capat also has Healing, Freeze, and Protect, giving him four. However, Mix can duplicate all the powers once the correct combinations are learned. Capat is a Capoeira fighter, just like his twin sister. He’s a scary and intimidating customer.

Lady Doctor Caudianna D Draconic, the Compassionate, does not live up to her title. She is extremely tall and thin and rude, assertive, controlling, and conceited. The adoptive sister of Que and Eve, and twin of Capat, she is the Head of the Department of Science and Psychology. Obviously, she needs mental help herself. Of course, she shares Capat’s Engle-Irescofra background, red hair, green eyes, and ancient Irish accent.

Her weapon is Mhisz Taerri, a pair of sparkly nunchucks she wears as a belt. It is a Linear Weapon, but she can briefly convert it into a Circular Weapon by connecting the handles. Notoriously wacky, she makes up attacks as she goes along, with no set pattern. She uses her Super Speed, Poison, Electricity, and Drain powers with her weapon. She also shares her passion for Capoeira with her brother. She dislikes Que with a passion and cherishes Eve. After their parents died in office, she and Capat took their places. She is a force to be reckoned with in science and psychology but comes off as a quack.

Young Lord Questa Starr Draconic, the Dexterous, is a trash-talking techno geek in a Gothic guise. He openly sports many tattoos, and has twelve earrings in each ear (his favorite is the R-initialed pair), a tongue ring, a nose ring, an eyebrow ring, a lip ring, a chin ring, and nipple rings. Sometimes in black eyeliner or a long straight, black skirt, and always wearing black nail polish, he is tall, muscularly slender, and strong. Black and gray are his favorite colors, and this rebel is rarely in anything else.

Twenty-four years old and originally from Guandaland, he is the adoptive brother of Cauda and Capat and Eve’s older brother. His lineage is Tinile/Cali, and he loves his head of licorice dreads. He is introverted and distant but extremely popular by association because of his best friend, Randu. His BuemAyeWrang is a wooden boomerang with an eye at the corner. It is a Linear Weapon. BuemAyeWrang will not assault a harmless foe. The weapon accents his Super Sight powers, or the ability to see the present as it happens, very well. He can also use it to survey the area up to ten miles away. Que also has Levitation and Super Speed powers, specializing in Drunken Boxing.

Young Lady Eveangela Starr Draconic, the Jovial, is a young woman of only 20 but is wise beyond her years. She is Rachale’s best friend, the sister of Que, the former lover of Randu, and the adoptive sister of Capat and Cauda. Usually the teacher’s pet, she kisses up to any member of authority, especially Cauda.

She is not as bold as Que, choosing a more subtle way to express her personality. She wears her weapon, a thin, golden necklace with a bulky gold charm called Summonette, and even though she sometimes thinks her necklace weapon is weak, it is mighty, indeed. It is a Circular Weapon that calls upon the same twelve Summon Creatures as Rachale. Aside from having the Thirteen Summon, she also has Invisibility, which she loves to use for spying. She is a Jeet Kune Do fighter like Dinara and trains with her regularly.

the Coelis

Lady Imuma Coeli Haven, the Beloved, is a tiny, full-figured Korsian woman with wavy, silver hair she wears hanging wildly (except when she’s coloring it brown, trying to keep up with her sexpot daughter). She comes off like Panga Uno Animo’s loving grandmother, but she is quite a little shrew at her ripe old age of 58. She is pale with rosy cheeks and speaks with a thick Korsian accent. She is the loyal wife of Dim, the mother of Holiy, and the stepmother of Gina.

She is the Head of the Department of Labor and Energy. Her Linear Weapon is a spiral-shaped, blue, wooden staff with a large diamond on top called Starry Night. It has a sharp, four-inch blade that pops out of the diamond for combat. Not at all a fighter, she relies heavily on her Electricity, Drain, and Theft powers to get her through any situation.

Young Lady Holiyah Coeli-Haven, the Charming, is an excessively sexy Korsian girl. Only 21 years old, she has been around the block several times. She is exceptionally arrogant and selfish and does not socialize well with people her own age. She is tall with long legs and struts around like a proud peacock, flaunting her young, lusty body like a weapon and brandishing her solid Korsian accent.

She is the type of brownnoser that does whatever it takes to get to the top. It was long rumored that she does a little more than train with Censio on Samurai skills. She has a silver sheath on her right side that houses her weapon, the DeepKut, a sharp, silver katana with a golden handle. Naturally, it is a Linear Weapon. She hardly uses her Drain, Poison, or Brick attacks, choosing to seduce her way out of trouble or run. She is the daughter of Imuma, the stepdaughter of Dim, and stepsister of Gina.

the Havens

Lord Dimasiku Haven, the Prominent, is a stately, noble man, professional and intelligent. Adoring his wife, Imuma, he is slightly younger than her at 52. He is a well-respected and well-groomed Chipanese man. He is the father of Gina, whom he loves dearly, and stepfather of Holiy, whom he cares for and tolerates. He is the Department Head of Commerce and Transport, dedicated to his duties.

Tall, strong, and elegant, his long, black ponytail swings in the breeze. His sideburns are neatly trimmed. His ancient Japanese business manner is quick and to the point. His Circular Weapon, the Juris Obscuro, given to him by Worros, is a small copper pocket watch with wicked consequences when its creepy countdown ends. He is a Jiujitsu killer and has Manipulation, Jump, and Protect powers. He and Censio are civil enemies; he suspects him of everything and does not trust him. Especially when it comes to his stepdaughter…!

Young Lady Geniko Trend Haven, the Innocent, is a tender yet mature 15 years of age. She is the youngest Pre-Leader in the history of the QLC or NQLC. She is the stepsister of Holiy, daughter of Dim, and stepdaughter of Imuma. This Cali/Chipanese beauty speaks with a horrible Valley Girl accent, obviously from her birth mother. She is also secretive, animated, and more intelligent than one would think. Super tiny, spunky, and sheik, she leads a very charmed life. She wields Trydgent, a golden staff with a huge triangular tip. It is a Linear Weapon and appears to contribute to her seemingly charmed and safe life. She is a Ninjutsu authority and is excellent at Shape-Shifting, Healing, and Manipulation.

the Selphs

The Selphs do not have a long-running history in the NQLC, only appearing in the past century. However, a Selph has managed to become Emperor after a Cadere Empress (the second oldest family in the NQLC) mysteriously died.

Emperor Professor Censio R Selph, the Preeminent, is a very selfish (no pun intended), controlling, vain, and unstable man. Extraordinarily expressive, he truly has the people of Panga UA believing he cares for their welfare. In charge of the Department of Education and Culture, he takes his job of seriously cultivating young minds on the ways of treachery. He loves his two daughters, Nedesi and Rachale, but ultimate power comes before anything to him. He is single, wealthy, powerful, and evilly classy. Looking good for a 53-year-old man, he has a weakness for MUCH younger women, Holiy Coeli in particular. His powers are Super Hearing, Levitation, and the one he focuses most of his energy on, Manipulation.

Rather tall, he has dark chocolate skin, long brown hair, and piercing black eyes. Rwaconrundian by lineage, he speaks in an ancient African accent, adding to his exoticness. His voice is booming and commanding, only rivaled by his overpowering presence. He wields the Mac, a weapon disguised as a jeweled, razor-studded golden crown. It is the weapon of choice for most NQLC Emperors. Even though he studied as a Samurai, he has not touched a katana in battle since becoming Emperor after his wife, Empress Maleetta Cadere-Selph, the Virtuous, disappeared about eight years ago. Like most Circular Weapons of the Leaders, it also opens a disposal portal to Lower Guandaland.

The Princess First, Lady Nedesimay Cadere Selph, the Audacious, is a hardcore, cutthroat, combative warrioress. She always craves battle and goes into a violent, trance-like state whenever she fights. She is the older sister of Rachale, the daughter of Censio, and Dinara Kentron’s lover. It was her turn to be Empress after her mother’s disappearance, but she was too young then. That, coupled with Censio being Adjutor, Consort, and her father, won him the position. Currently, she is the Head of the Defense and Standards Department and enthusiastically loves her job.

Nedesi is Rwaconrundi/Engle, and she is the spitting image of her father, except for her platinum blonde hair in short, neat dread knots. She is fond of twisting her hair when she is thinking and is 31 years old. She has a brown holster attached to her thigh or waist that holds her Linear Weapon, the Kryptea, a small, stainless steel machete with a bone handle. Her powers are Morphing, Brick, and Super Strength, but she does not even use them, preferring to utilize her Grappling techniques.

The Princess Second, Rachalique Nea Selph, the Praiseworthy, is a beautiful young woman, a photocopy of her sweet, late mother. She is the 22-year-old daughter of Censio, sister of Nedesi, and best friend of Eve. She is somewhat insecure, friendly in a detached way, and eccentrically girlie. Being Censio’s daughter, unfortunately, she inherited his temper and mean streak but fights hard against it. Her kindhearted nature makes her many friends as well as enemies.

Tall and curvy, she has cocoa-brown skin, brown wavy hair, penetrating brown eyes, and is always sweet-scented. She has a fading ancient British accent, like her mother. She lugs around her Circular Weapon, the Brystal Call, a pearly brown, opaque crystal ball with her Cadere Family Glyph inside. Seeming as an unlikely candidate, she is skilled at Taekwondo, has Shape Shifting, and has the power to call upon the twelve Summon Creatures under her belt. The Summon Creature ability includes Telepathy, Telekinesis, and Teleportation, also known as the Thirteen Summon.

the Helioses

The Helioses are the third oldest in the QLC/NQLC lineup, having a millennium’s worth of history. The Kentrons was a younger NQLC family and in danger of extinction after the death of two famed Leaders. The remaining Kentrons were adopted/sponsored by the Helioses to keep them in government.

Lord Doctor Worrosir T Helios, the Deadly, is just that. An incredibly dark Turkia/Engle man, his ancient Middle Eastern voice is like unadulterated malevolence. On a personal level, one could find no comfort in his tone, no matter how sincere his words may seem. His heavily bearded face is barely visible behind the thick-laced, heavy, black hooded cloak he always wears. He is the uncle of Randu and Dinara and the scary Head of the Department of Investigations and Justice.

He is enigmatically calm, but when he does speak, people are either utterly captivated or completely horrified by him. He is an intellectual man, a genius, even. He does not have a weapon, nor does he fight at all, using his Telepathy, Destruction, and Freeze powers to keep his very few adversaries at bay. Being short and thin has never stopped him from being intimidating, and at 64, he is currently the oldest Leader of the NQLC.

Lady Dinariah J Kentron, the Gentle, is the shy accountant behind Panga Uno Animo’s schemes. Head of the Department of Treasury and Statistics (All Minaries), she is quietly strong and stunning. Randu’s cousin and Worros’ niece, she comes from a dying line of PUA Royalty—the Kentrons. Quite sneaky for a 36-year-old woman, she says very little due to her horrible stuttering problem. Otherwise, she has a beautiful ancient British accent to match her lovely tanned skin and bright eyes, a Turkia/Engle woman.

She is an outward butch lesbian and has dated the Emperor’s oldest daughter Nedesi for many years, a union he is politely against and tries to control. Her deadly weapon, the Ashkay, is a pink gunmetal machine gun that shoots different rounds. It is a Linear Weapon that can sterilize and cleanse. She also shrinks and expands Ashkay using her Morph powers, pulling it from some of the strangest places. Some rounds it fires include lead shells, laser beams, invisible bullets, insect bullets, poisonous bullets, splitting shells, exploding bullets, and crystal bullets. In addition to Morph, Dinara has Super Sound and Invisibility powers. When forced, she fights with Jeet Kune Do.

Young Lord Randuji Ross Helios, the Academic, is a 23-year-old attractive guy—very energetic, mid-height, thickly muscular, and brilliant. He has a congenial way with men and an enticing way with women, drawing them to him like metal on a magnet. Conventionally debonair in style, the ladies love his handsome, Turkia/Engle looks and his articulate, ancient British accent.

He has a funny habit of plucking and chewing the straws on his trusty straw hat when nervous or deep thinking. Practicing his Taekwondo with Rachale, he spends more time flirting than fighting. He keeps his weapon, the CrosSstaff, on hand at all times. CrosSstaff is a golden bronze sword and staff. It is cross-shaped, with a short handle, two flat sides, and one razor-sharp edge. It is a Linear Weapon, which he combines with his Super Sound ability. CrosSstaff also has a grappling hook in the handle. In addition to Super Sound, Randu has Morph and Manipulation powers, and he often uses his morph to hide his weapon. He is a closet aficionado of the late Doctor Theo Hermetic and very well-read in his Panga-illegal teachings. He is the cousin of Dinara and the nephew of Worros.
