Guandaland is supposedly a “third world” region of metallic refuse and atrophy, where the people of Panga Uno Animo discard their waste. Little do they know, Guandaland is more advanced than led to believe, and they put the trash of Panga Uno Animo to good use. Guandaland is a combative Region, and they love few things more than fighting wars. The Region also houses two-thirds of the Homo radians population. Guandaland is the area formally known as lower South America, South, and part of Central Africa, India, Australia, and Antarctica.

The Honorable President Master Ubo Mensca is hardly honorable, but an official title is a title. A green Homo radians man, and Swazotho/Botsbobwe native, he runs Guandaland with a selfish, unyielding grip. Little is known about him, except that Panga allegedly planted him ten years ago after the assassination of the former Guandaland President, the pink Homo radian, Pata native Leonardo Bossilino. Panga thinks they can control him, but he is a loose cannon. He has allegedly murdered the other Guandaland Officials and runs Guandaland solely with the help of Vice President Julianna Laos.

Vice President Julianna Laos is a mistress of espionage. She is supposedly a pink Homo radians, Tariowick native, but she is skilled at artificial shape-shifting and artificial Mimic powers. Even less is known about her, except she was a lowly assistant in former President Master Leonardo Bossilino’s camp. When Ubo Mensca took over, he did not see her threatening his political power. He let her live and promoted her to Vice President.
