Continuum Studios Privacy Policy

Continuum Studios Privacy Policy
Effective Date: [07/15/2026]
Last Updated: [07/15/2026]
This Privacy Policy explains how Dragonfish Entertainment LLC, doing business as DRGNFSH ("we," "us," "our," or "DRGNFSH"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Continuum Studios (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Plain-Language Summary
Here's the short version. The full policy below is the binding document, but here's the spirit of how we handle your information:
We collect what we need to run the Service: your email, your subscription status, the content you create, and basic usage data. Nothing more.
We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We don't use your manuscripts to train AI. Your creative work is yours alone. We don't read it, scan it for marketing insights, or feed it into any model.
We use trusted third parties to operate Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Anthropic for AI processing, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these handles only what they need to handle.
You can see, export, or delete your data anytime. It's your information. You're in charge of it.
We protect your data with reasonable security measures. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the safety of your work seriously.
If you read nothing else, read that.

Anthropic and Your Content
When you interact with the AI, your messages and the relevant project context are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic's API processes this content without using it to train their models under their commercial API terms. You can review Anthropic's commercial privacy practices at https://www.anthropic.com.
Legal Disclosures
We may share information when legally required, including:
In response to valid court orders, subpoenas, or law enforcement requests

Constitutes a federally reportable offense (such as CSAM, which we are legally required to report)
Indicates imminent risk of serious physical harm to the user or others
Involves criminal conduct of a serious nature
Reports may include account information, message content, IP addresses, and other relevant data. We will not provide advance notice to users when we believe notice would impair an investigation or enable further harm.
Business Transfers
If DRGNFSH is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all its assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change and given the opportunity to delete your account before the transfer takes effect.
