Maintained by the Solar Registry Commission (SRC) and processed through the Solar Administrative Complex (SAC), the Complaint Archive records grievances from every level of existence—from mortals and Mythheads to planets, Sovereigns, and civilizations beyond Earth.
Most complaints are routine.
Some reshape history.
Many are astonishingly petty.
Together, they form the administrative heartbeat of the Dakaverse.

CAT TAGS
"The universe labels everything."
Every deceased soul receives a permanent Categorical Tag (CAT Tag) identifying the circumstances of its death.
The tag cannot be removed, hidden, or falsified.
Beyond identification, CAT Tags enable SRC to recognize unusual death patterns, detect anomalies, and automatically generate complaints for investigation.
Most tags simply help organize the afterlife.
Some accidentally start Dread-Bearer missions.
